Warranty conditions
All our original dolls, Christmas toys made of cotton wool are handmade! Their quality is best evidenced by the reviews of our customers, numerous certificates and awards of international thematic exhibitions, the choice of our dolls as gifts to famous people - singers, actors and statesmen. Each doll is the result of creative inspiration, careful study of every detail and painstaking work of the artist. That is why we are proud and confident in the quality of our products and send them all over the world!
Dolls and toys fully correspond to the photos and characteristics described in detail in the catalog of our website. You get exactly what you ordered!
Deviations can only be when the toy or doll is made to order. For example, if you want to make a toy that is out of stock, using a photo from our catalog. This will not be an exact copy, since the author may paint in a slightly different way, change the emotion on the doll's face, the color of any elements according to the creative vision. These are exclusive products, so they are individual. But the quality of workmanship and painting is always at the level!
Exchange and refund terms
The period for exchange or refund is 14 days and starts from the moment the product is delivered to You by the delivery service. Except for custom-made toys and dolls. This rule does not apply to them.
If you decide to refuse the product - let us know about it. To do this, write to us at order@rusdoll.shop. Write CANCEL in the subject line.
Refunds paid by you for the product and its initial delivery will be made no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned product. Return shipping costs from you to the online store are non-refundable.
You should know that there may be additional customs and import taxes to pay, fees imposed by the destination country, and that there may be unforeseen customs delays. We as the seller are not responsible for these charges or delays.

In case of damage caused by transportation, we offer three solutions:
- replace the damaged Product (toy) with a similar product in appearance and cost. The replacement product is sent after we receive the damaged one. No later than 1 (one) month from the date it was issued to us by the delivery service;
- restore the damaged Product (toy), if possible. The period and cost of restoration and return shipping to the buyer depends on the complexity of the work and is negotiated individually after receiving the Goods and assessing the damage;
- make a refund for the Order. The refund is made within 14 (fourteen) days after the carrier hands over the damaged product to us.
